I don't know about you. But for me, I am willing to pay a lot of money to have a decent shrimp wanton and stewed beef tenderloin lo mein (雲吞牛腩撈麵) in Michigan. This is such a common dish in Hong Kong but trust me you can't find many places in Michigan that can offer this dish in up-to-par quality. But you won't be disappointed having this dish in Hong Hua.
