This is absolutely my favorite Japanese Restaurant in Michigan. I have been eating there for 10 years and I never get bored with it. Fried pork tenderloine and ramen(noodles) are definitely Chef Matsuda's expertise. The "red" ramen shown in one of the pictures is the spicy ramen. Order a glass of icewater before you start eating but I guarantee you that you won't regret :) For appetizers, I recommend their chicken wings and dumplings.
